Frequently Asked Questions

Quality and Size

All orders go through our 3-step quality check before we ship them out:

  • Our automated software checks graphics for quality before printing.
  • Fulfillment specialists check quality while orders print.
  • Final quality check after printing and curing.

We print and ship from the USA, Mexico, Latvia, and Spain, and ship all over the world.

Please before ordering a product, check the size chart that is displayed for each of the products.

The size guide shows body measurements. We suggest ordering a size down when your measurements are between sizes.

Shipping

Because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations we can’t ship to Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea and Syria.

Additionally, due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, we don’t ship to the following countries: American Samoa, Angola, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Benin, Bermuda, Bolivia, Botswana, Brunei, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Cayman Islands, Chad, Chile, Colombia, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Cuba, Curacao, Dem. For the rest of the countries in the world, we ship internationally.

International orders may incur additional customs charges. This fee is not under our control and is the decision of your customs agency. Customs policies vary greatly between countries, so we recommend that you speak to your local authorities to clarify this point.

It takes between 3 to 7 business days to process an order, after which we will send it to you. The shipping time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:

  • USA (For orders managed from this country): Between 5 to 8 business days.
  • Europe (For orders managed from this continent): Between 7 to 10 business days.
  • Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, production and shipping times may take longer than expected. Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer, but your order will reach you.

All of our shipping methods have tracking. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.

We send out shipping notification emails including the tracking numbers.

Please write immediately to our customer care service, go to Contact > Fill in the form and we will get back to you in 2 business days the latest.

Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn’t necessarily mean the shipment is lost.

Returns

Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report in the Contact section of our website, we are here to serve you and to make sure you have a memorable experience using our products.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Since carriers calculate live shipping rates mainly by the zip code entered it is possible that an incorrectly formatted address could be entered and the package is still able to ship from our facility. In some scenarios, the local post is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering the recipient address.

If they are unable to deliver the package it will be returned to our HQ and you will be notified once it is received back. Within 4 weeks you will need to confirm the updated and correct address as well as confirm the charges for reshipping the package.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

If they are unable to deliver the package it will be returned to our HQ and you will be notified once it is received back. Within 4 weeks you will need to confirm the updated and correct address as well as confirm the charges for reshipping the package.
